Are you a competitive, goal-driven sales professional who loves turning conversations into new business? The Friel Agency is looking for an Account Manager who can proactively close sales while still delivering a positive customer experience. You’ll drive revenue growth, build trusted relationships, and help clients feel secure in the protection you provide.
This is a licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). Not licensed yet? We’ll support you every step of the way to get there.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our book of business and supporting our clients’ insurance needs. You’ll convert leads, cross-sell products, and identify opportunities to improve coverage—all while ensuring customers receive the service and attention they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Sales Present insurance solutions, close deals, and drive both inbound and outbound business
  • Retain Clients Build lasting loyalty through policy reviews and ongoing communication
  • Support Customers Address questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Team Collaboration Partner with agency colleagues to hit goals and create seamless customer experiences
What You Bring
  • A strong sales mentality with a proven record of hitting goals
  • Experience in insurance or a similar sales-focused role preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in presenting solutions and asking for the sale
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain—training provided)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
