As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative at The Friel Agency, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales and strengthening long-term financial security for our customers. You’ll engage clients in consultative conversations, present tailored insurance and financial products, and proactively uncover opportunities that support both their goals—and our agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on financial and insurance solutions
  • Provide consultative guidance on retirement planning, investment options, and risk protection
  • Proactively market insurance and financial service products to drive revenue and expand portfolios
  • Stay informed on product offerings and market trends to confidently advise clients
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance sales, or similar consultative roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and close
  • Active insurance licenses required; FINRA Series 7 and 63 strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated, professional, and passionate about helping customers achieve financial security

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
